Nadia leads For Every Child I Wish, a CIC that works directly with schools in Kent to support children in poverty who are often missed by traditional systems. Her organisation provides essentials like beds, uniforms, and school support - giving children dignity and the chance to thrive in school with the basics we all take for granted. 

When she joined Brave ONE, she had raised money, supported over 6 schools and was deeply mission-led - but unsure how to communicate her impact clearly.

A letter from tania - and my promise to you

I’ll be honest.

I created this programme because I’m a little bit nauseous at how the industry has turned marketing into a fast-hack machine - prioritising speed over substance, and noise over nuance.

But before I get into that, let me rewind.

I’ve spent my career in the real marketing and creative trenches.

While finishing my MA in Creative Writing, I accidentally founded a music magazine that scaled to 50,000 online readers, with a team interviewing Grammy-winning artists like Emeli Sandé, Noah Kahan and JP Saxe. My written work has been published in The Guardian, The Chronicle, and national magazines.

I’ve always been obsessed with a good story, and it's why I'm obsessed with bringing yours to life.

But here’s the other side of it.

I also know the value of meeting creativity with sharp, strategic, commercially-minded marketing.

At 23, while completing my Master’s in Strategic Marketing at Imperial College Business School, I became the first marketing hire at what is now one of Europe’s leading VC tech companies - leading a team of eight and learning how to build real momentum, fast.

Since then, I’ve led growth and content marketing across scale-ups where commerciality wasn’t optional - it was everything. Where every ad, funnel or launch had to work. And where clear, resonant messaging always sat at the heart of it.

Now, through Bravebird, I’ve supported everyone from emerging coaches to multi-six and seven-figure brands on their marketing strategy, positioning and messaging - to find the intersection of your story and your connection to your audience.

FAQs

AM I A GOOD FIT FOR BRAVE ONE?

Brave ONE is for experienced founders; coaches, consultants, service providers, and agency owners - who are already working with clients and delivering strong results.

Due to the deep data and review work we do in the programme, it’s not designed for those in their first year of business or just getting started. 

This is for business owners who want to make more money or build a thought leadership presence from their business by being fully themselves, working at the intersection of their deep expertise, career capital and personal perspective.

HOW MUCH TIME WILL IT TAKE EACH WEEK?

It’s completely up to you. Some people dip in and out, others carve out regular time each week - both are fine.

I recommend setting aside around 1-2 hours a week if you want to make consistent progress during the initial 12 weeks. But this is long-term work - which is why you get 12 months of access to Brave Space, so you can take what you need, when you need it, and keep evolving your message as your business grows.

I'VE DONE MESSAGING WORK BEFORE, HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT?

Most people who join Brave ONE have done some version of messaging before. The difference here is how we connect your thinking, experience and commercial goals into something storytelling driven and commercially cohesive. I bring years of experience leading content, growth and strategy inside high-growth teams into the curriculum and content (nothing is gate-kept!)  - plus formal training from Imperial College Business School - but the real value is in how we apply it together to your business.

WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE A SESSION?

All calls are recorded, and you’ll have access to everything in the portal. You’ll also have Brave Space access for 12 months, so you can get feedback within 48 hours of anytime Monday to Friday 9-5pm, ask questions and stay supported even if life happens.

WILL I GET PERSONAL, TAILORED SUPPORT?

Yes. You’ll have a roadmap call and quarterly 1:1s, plus direct feedback throughout the programme. This isn’t a generic group - your business will be treated individually.

WHAT IF I WANT MORE 1:1 TIME?

Of course! Just ask - we can add on an extra 1:1 package support that suits you. Perfect for that new campaign launch or event you're running that needs that extra high-touch support.

DO I NEED A BIG AUDIENCE OR TO BE LAUNCHING SOMETHING?

While you are more likely to see results faster if you have an aligned audience already - no, you don't need a large audience. 

Brave ONE helps you clarify what you're known for so that when you do grow or launch, your strategy and message are already working for you. The aim is to grow your reach during the programme; we map this out together. 

WHAT IF I LOVE BRAVE SPACE AND WANT TO STAY AFTER THE 12 MONTH PERIOD?

If Brave Space, our circle community, becomes part of how you work (which happens a lot), you’ll have the option to renew in 2026 for continued support into 2027. 

You’ll get a reminder near the end of your year and can decide then if you’d like to continue.
